Shipping

When are orders posted?

Unless the product needs to be made to order, an order is processed, packaged and shipped within 2 business days. If the product needs to be made to order and will take longer than 2 business days, I will reach out to you directly. As a one-person business, if I am unable to fulfil your order within that timeframe for other reasons (e.g. I’m away), I will also contact you. If the order will take longer than you anticipated (e.g. you are purchasing the product for a birthday and need it by a certain time) a refund will be offered.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within Australia shipping starts $8.50 for flat items and from $11.50 for parcels. Both options come with tracking. International postage starts at $28 with tracking. There is free shipping Australia-wide if you spend $50 or more in one transaction and use the code FREESHIP50.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Orders within Australia can take 2–8 days to arrive. Depending on your location or during peak times (e.g. Christmas) this may be slightly longer. Please refer to the tracking number provided on your order dispatch email. If you are located outside of Australia, delivery times depend on the delivery location. Please contact if you would like to know how long it would take to delivery to your location.

Returns

Making sure that customers are happy with their purchase is really important to me. In the event something isn’t quite right here’s my returns policy.

The product is damaged or faulty on arrival

If you received a product that is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact within 7 days of receiving the item with details and/or photos of the issue and a replacement or refund will be offered. Postage costs will be covered by Fabric Drawer or reimbursed for refunds.

Change of mind on full-priced items

If you change your mind and would like a refund or exchange, please contact within 7 days of receiving the item/s. The product needs to be returned within 14 days unused and in the original condition and the cost to return the item must be covered by the customer. It must be received first before a refund or exchange is be posted.

Change of mind on sale items

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. The only exception is if the product is faulty and you contact within 7 days for a refund. Please re-gift the item to someone else who might enjoy it.
